Our Convergence Guest Tracking module is cloud-delivered software which allows your business to track occupancies in real time of various rooms or areas at your facility. Our web app runs on your iPhone or Android phones, tablets, and Windows PC's.

Our app lets your staff to quickly count ingress and egress at various defined collection points for your defined entry and exit points. In addition, at each collection point you can define up to three simple survey collections to ask guests. The counts and survey responses are timestamped and stored securely in our cloud-based servers, giving real-time access to current occupancies as well as hourly reporting for the current or historical days.

The setup for your collection points, survey questions, and survey users is by web access to a Client Portal for our Guest Tracking website. Simply choose a plan below which matches your operational needs and length of use. Please contact Convergence directly if you have a business requiring more complicated or multi-venue operations.
